9999f Responsible Gaming
9999f believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Our tools, guidelines, and support team are always ready to help you enjoy a healthy gaming experience.
Our Commitment
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment, but it is important to always enjoy it safely and in a controlled manner. At 9999f, we believe every player should know their own limits and never use gaming as a source of financial problems.
We provide several practical tools on our platform to help you keep your gaming under control — from setting deposit limits to temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Your wellbeing is our top priority.
Responsible gaming means: play for entertainment, not to recover losses. Set a clear budget for both time and money. If at any point you feel gaming is getting out of control, contact our support team right away.
Safe Gaming Tools & Features
Deposit Limit
Set how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month — on your own terms. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and depositing beyond the set amount is not possible. This is the most practical way to stay within your budget.
Time-Out Feature
Use the time-out feature when you want to take a short break. You can temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in or playing games will not be possible, giving you the break you need.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. This option closes your account permanently or for an extended period. Any attempt to open a new account while exclusion is active will also be blocked.
Betting History & Tracking
View your complete gaming activity history — when you played, how much you deposited, and how much you withdrew. Reviewing this information regularly will help you judge for yourself whether your gaming habits are healthy and take action if needed.
24/7 Support
The 9999f support team is by your side seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. If you have any concerns about your gaming, reach us via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team can assist in both Bengali and English.
Reality Check
A reminder will appear on screen at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. This feature helps you keep track of time and take a break when needed.
