9999f — Our Story & Commitment

9999f has established itself as a familiar and trusted name in Bangladesh's online gaming world. Our journey began with a simple but deeply held belief — that every player in Bangladesh deserves a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. With that belief at our core, we built this platform where technology, entertainment, and responsibility go hand in hand.

Our mission is clear — to bring a world-class gaming experience to every Bangladeshi player, in their own language, through payment methods they already know, and at whatever time is most convenient for them. By supporting deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer, we ensure that financial transactions are simple and hassle-free.

9999f's values rest on three pillars: Transparency, Security, and Player-Centered Service. We believe that players can truly enjoy themselves only when they know their money and information are safe. That is why we use SSL encryption, and why fair play is the foundation of every game we offer.

Our commitment to Bangladeshi players is not only technological — it is deeply cultural as well. Cricket is at the heart of our nation, which is why every BPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match holds special significance for us. We stand by the people of this country by offering betting on football, kabaddi, and a wide range of other sports.

Our support team is ready to serve in both Bengali and English via live chat, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. If you have a problem or a question — we are always here for you. Contact us at [email protected].

9999f believes that responsible gaming is both a fundamental right and a responsibility. That is why we encourage every player to enjoy themselves within their limits. You will find detailed guidance on our responsible gaming page. Please remember, this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
